Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, telephone number and password. When you create a listing, we collect listing information, photos, availability, contact information and verification evidence. We also collect buyer inquiry details, newsletter preferences, park-alert subscriptions and reports about listings.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and listings.
- To publish listing information and connect buyers, renters and listing providers.
- To review listings, prevent fraud and keep the marketplace safe.
- To send requested listing and park alerts.
- To respond to support requests, reports and legal obligations.
Our legal bases
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating a safe marketplace, with your consent for optional marketing alerts, and where required by law.
Who can see your information
Public listings display the information you choose to publish. Buyer inquiry details are shared with the owner or operator of the relevant listing. Verification documents are private and available only to authorised administrators. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We retain account and listing information while your account remains active and afterwards only as necessary for legal, fraud-prevention and record-keeping purposes. You can request deletion of your account, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
Subject to UK data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data, or object to processing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time in your profile settings. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
