Selling a Caravan

Ready to sell your caravan? Here's how to list it and reach buyers on the Yorkshire Coast.

Step 1: Create an Account

Register or log in to your account.

Step 2: List Your Caravan

Click the + List Your Caravan button and complete the form with:

• Caravan title, make, model, and year
• Detailed description & condition
• Park location & region
• Bedrooms, sleeping capacity, bathrooms
• Price & annual site fees
• Amenities (decking, parking, sea view, etc.)
• Photos (up to 12)

Step 3: Provide Seller Verification

For sale listings, you'll need to upload verification evidence connecting you to the caravan. This might include:

• Park operator letter or proof of ownership
• Purchase invoice or contract
• Registration documents (if applicable)

Your verification documents are private and only seen by our admin team.

Step 4: Pay & Submit for Approval

Pay the one-off listing fee and your listing is sent to our team, who will review it within 2-3 business days. Your paid period only starts once it goes live, and nothing renews automatically.

Step 5: Go Live

Once approved, your caravan appears in our listings and buyers can make inquiries.

Step 6: Manage Inquiries

Visit your Inquiries page to see buyer messages. Reply directly to interested buyers.

Step 7: Complete the Sale

Negotiate terms, arrange viewings, and finalize the sale directly with the buyer. We don't handle payments or transactions.

Listing Tips

• Use clear, well-lit photos of the caravan interior & exterior
• Be honest about condition & any issues
• Include all relevant details (site fees, availability, parking)
• Respond quickly to buyer inquiries
• Keep your contact details up to date
